Amanda BarronGreat experience with the Hilton House Medical team. Booked in the same day as phoning. The 30 min appointment with Dr Vali gave me the time I needed to talk about my concerns. A special mention for Trish as she was simply wonderful at welcoming me and taking my bloods. She also called me to let me know my results and organise next steps. maralyn neillI had a Very satisfactory result .. the saff were very curtious and they made you feel relaxed..no rushing with the appointment..most of all The Dr was listening to what I had to say. Toni RomanBeen to Hilton Medical twice now and both times have been very positive experiences. Trish the Phlebotomist is absoloutly fabulous when it comes to taking Bloods and as someone with a needle phobia this is a big thing for me. She is very caring, personable and skilled with a needle!!, Both times I have not had any bruises which I have had elsewhere, and she has helped me to not feel anxious. Whilst the NHS is a good system, demand has increased so much that it has become almost impossible to offer the prompt and personal care that we all wish for. Our aim is to offer professional, confidential and affordable appointments for patients, allowing you to have as much time as you need to discuss such things as blood tests, scans and arrangements to see specialists.
Having a private GP appointment does not result in any changes to the care you receive from your NHS GP and we recommend that you remain registered with your local NHS practice to ensure assistance in the event of a medical emergency.
At your appointment, you can talk about any medical condition, in complete confidence. You can have a second opinion if you’ve had a diagnosis you’re not happy with and your notes will not be passed on to your NHS doctor without your permission.
You can arrange a morning, afternoon or evening appointment in our modern clinics Monday to Saturday. Or if it’s more convenient, you can have an appointment by telephone or video at home or where you work.
